Please Note before continuing - For security purposes and to help identify offenders, your IP address is recorded and and we will not process requests which provide an email address from a web-based free email system. You must provide a valid, dial-up email address to receive login details.
  1. FanPages are intended to be used for promoting the team who's online community you are a member of and/or promoting your positive enthusiam for the sport of baseball.
  2. Cactus-League.com is for viewers of all ages. No foul language, inapproriate images or adult content of any nature is permitted.
  3. External links are prohibited. Do not use FanPages to link to other websites.
  4. Unsolicited email (SPAM) is a nuisance, unethical and/or illegal. Any use of SPAM to promote your FanPage is in violation of our zero tolerance policy and grounds for immediate suspension of your services with no previous warning required.
  5. As account holder, you alone are responsible to assure that content/images contained on your FanPage does not violate the intellectual rights of others.
  6. Cactus-League.com reserves the right to suspend/delete any FanPage account which violates, in our sole opinion, acceptable use policies.
  7. Although every effort to maintain system operation will be made, Cactus-League.com does not warrant that service will be available during unforseen occassions beyond our control.
  8. FanPage accounts are subject to be suspended/deleted if there is no activity (hits/edits) for a 10 day time period.
  9. FanPages are supported by advertising banners. Any attempt to obstruct, or disrupt viewing of advertiser's banner on your FanPage account is cause for immediate suspension/deletion.
  10. Cactus-League.com reserves the right to modify, add or otherwise change the terms of this agreement at anytime without prior notice.
Privacy Statement We require the following information for logistics purposes, your personal information is never shared with outside sources. Occassional email messages may be sent to you to announce new services or features we have added and these messages may contain sponsor messages. We do not distribute our mailing list to others and we follow the same rules we expect you to follow, no SPAM emails.
