The Peoria Sports Complex is home to San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners baseball teams during Cactus League play. Peoria is Arizona's 9th largest city and is located in the Northwest area of the Valley of the Sun bordering Phoenix, Glendale, and Sun City.

The San Diego Padres will face other teams that train in Arizona, including the Chicago Cubs, Texas Rangers, Milwaukee Brewers, Seattle Mariners, Oakland A's, San Francisco Giants, Anaheim Angels, Kansas City Royals, Colorado Rockies, Arizona Diamondbacks and Chicago White Sox.
